Made from retired olive trees our traditional olive wood rolling pin looks better when not covered in flour etc but if you need a rolling pin then why not have this one?

Rolling pins with handles tend to be straight rolling pins with pin in the center that holds the handles in place. There is no pin in the centre of our rolling pin. It is made from a single piece of olive wood. They are easy to grip, but can be more difficult to apply pressure with when it comes to rolling out a thick dough.

How to care for your Olive Wood?

- You should feed the wood every now and then by wiping with a little olive oil.
- Wipe with warm water and a little soap if required. Allow to dry.
- Do not put in dishwasher as the surface will be damaged.
