Organic bulgur wheat is created by milling the wheat berries into smaller pieces. This process will give your cooking an advantage by reducing the cooking time, while retaining all the nutritious goodness of whole bulgur wheat.
Cooking Instructions
1. Add to pan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. 3. After turning off the heat, cover the pan and let stand for 4-5 minutes. 4. Drain off the excess water and serve.
