Rooibos tea is a herbal tea that is naturally caffeine-free and has natural antioxidant properties. Antioxidants contribute to the total antioxidant capacity of the body and help strengthen our body’s defences. Rooibos loose tea benefits also include having relaxing properties making it the perfect warm drink before bed, or when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. 

Simply brew like other herbal teas and add milk and sweetener of choice if required. Alternatively, add a slice of lemon and honey to sweeten.
