Isoflavones are a class of phytoestrogens which means they are chemically similar to estrogen. They are often taken as a Menopause Supplement. 

These supplements contain isoflavones from three different dietary sources. Isoflavones are compounds found in many different plants that are mostly found in soy products which mimic estrogen so in turn may be effective at easing low moods and fatigue.

Isoflavones are also believed to be antioxidant compounds. Antioxidants are often taken because they reduce oxygen damage caused to the body's cells.

    Each tablet provides on average: Soya Extract 100mg (10% Isoflavones), Kudzu Root Powder Extract 60mg (40% Isoflavones), Red Clover Powder Extract 50mg (2.5% Isoflavones) - 35.25mg total isoflavone content. 

    Ingredients: 
    Bulking Agents: (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Soya Extract, Kudzu Root Powder Extract, Red Clover Powder Extract, Anti-caking Agent: (Magnesium Stearate).

    The lady in I Love Zero recommended this product for menopausal hot flushes …she explained the product fully how it works to help dipping oestrogen levels, I thought it was worth a try. She said it would probably take a month but I can honestly say one week on I haven’t had a single hot flush and I was previously having them every night.
