now in my 70’s I recall a time when most british brands did make a decent product. Not anymore. I did have someone who made her own marmalade and that was what I bought .Sadly that lady passed away. I then tried the English ,French. Spanish and Sth.African brands. Suffice to say I won’t be looking else where for my Marmalade. Please stick with this recipe, it has the right balance of sweet and bitter taste and chunky bits I love. David
