A blend of pure essential oils, peppermint, rosemary, sweet orange, juniperberry and lime, to help you feel energised, vitalised and ready for anything. 

Peppermint, rosemary, juniperberry and lime are steam distilled. Sweet orange is cold pressed. We only use 100% essential oils. Nothing else.

This uplifting citrus and camphorous blend helps to support physical and mental energy levels and stamina, so is especially useful when working or studying and before exercise.

Suggestions for use 

• Inhale straight from the bottle, add to an oil burner or electric diffuser or make a steam inhalation. 
• Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath. 
• Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner.

Also available in a handy 10ml roller ball for skin application.
