Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub that grows in Africa and Asia. It is classified as an "adaptogen", so is believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress. 

Adaptogens may also help insomnia, anxiety, boost brain function and lower cortisol levels.

Each capsule provides on average 300mg of Ashwagandha Root Extracts with 7.5mg Withanolides.

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal.
